The system allows the storage and weighing of bulk dyestuff and their dissolving with automatic dispensing into the dyeing machines.
The system is supplied with maximum 6 storage silos in stainless stell AISI 304, capacity 900L. The silos are refilled by a vacuum loading device from sacks or drums, using 2 load turbines that allow the simultaneous loading of two silos.
The dye solution is prepared strictly complying to the pre-set parameters, such as time, temperature, product solubility and liquor ratio. The obtained solutions are then delivered directly to the dispensing points by means of an high pressure centrifugal pump and mono-pipe distribution line in stainless stell AISI 216L (Lawer technology).
